- 🔹 CyberShield software may not be used for hacking, unauthorized surveillance or illegal activity.
- 🔹 Product keys, downloads and updates are tied to the registered email account.
- 🔹 We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
2. Software & Subscription
- 🔹 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from Dashboard > Billing.
- 🔹 Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the product fails to perform as described.
- 🔹 Cancellation does not retroactively refund unused subscription time.
- 🔹 Users receive free feature updates and security upgrades during active subscription.
3. Privacy Policy
- 🔹 CyberShieldStore does not sell, rent or share customer data — ever.
- 🔹 All personal information is encrypted during transfer and storage.
- 🔹 Data is used only for authentication, billing and improving product performance.
- 🔹 We do not monitor browsing history, files, messages or app activity on your device.
- 🔹 Logs generated by software are strictly anonymized and never include personal identity.
