Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • 🔹 A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase if the product fails to perform as advertised.
  • 🔹 Refund requests must include a brief reason so our team can review and improve product quality.
  • 🔹 Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.
  • 🔹 Refunds appear typically within 5–7 business days, depending on bank/payment provider processing time.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • 🔹 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • 🔹 You may cancel anytime from Dashboard > Billing Settings.
  • 🔹 Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current active subscription period.
  • 🔹 Access to premium features will continue until the current billing cycle ends.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • ❌ Change of mind after purchase
  • ❌ Incorrect purchase due to user error without contacting support for clarification
  • ❌ Refund requested after the 30-day eligibility period
  • ❌ Accounts flagged for fraud, abuse or policy violations

4. Payment Issues & Chargebacks

  • 🔹 If a payment fails, the system will retry automatically within 48 hours.
  • 🔹 Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
  • 🔹 We strongly encourage resolving concerns directly through our support team for the fastest solution.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following:

  • ✔ Order ID / Invoice number
  • ✔ Email used during purchase
  • ✔ Reason for refund
